We help foreign food exporters to the U.S. comply
with the new PUBLIC HEALTH SECURITY & BIOTERRORISM
PREPAREDNESS & RESPONSE LAW 2002 which goes into
force December, 2003. New Federal law requires any
and all foreign food exporters to the USA to be
regiestered with the U.S. FDA. Also, advance
notification of arrivals at U.S. port must be
reported. If not, your goods will not be allowed
entry into the United States. FDA requires you to
have a FDA agent to comply with this law. We can
serve this role for you. Contact us in the U.S.
We also provide the required US FDA Prior Notice
services for each food shipment from your facility to the United States. Prior Notice must be done electronically with the FDA not fewer than 5 days before US Port arrival and not less than 8 hours from ocean arrival at US ports.
